Let me help with PR I actually am a full time interior decorator, and Image consultant besides! I have lots of interests in the arts but I am gifted in selling. I have been one of the top recruiters for Avon in the past. I have a social network http://Ruthietalk.ning.com and I teach people how to get their name out there so they can make their dreams come true. I do this for free - I just love all the people I meet. Check it out you may get some great connects there as well as learning how to get your name out there for free.

with Fashion Merchandising and Journalism- you could find a job at a magazine. Working with models, how the advertisements would look. If that is something you want to do.. but try www.prcouture.com. Thats a website I subscribed to and it sends frequent e-mails of job listings and news in the Fashion PR field.

Hi all! I've interned for a reptuable fashion company this summer in NYC. I got a lot of exposure to the company as a whole. But my big concern was my daily job task. For instance, I looked through fashion magazines all day to scan for fashion editorial credits, monitor my email to send/receive samples from fashion publications (i.e. Vogue, WWD, Marie Claire, etc...) This wasn't really hands on and didn't take much skill to do. I'm wondering has anyone done more work with fashion pr?
